Having denied any responsibility for the waterfront shared path between Point Park and the Webb Bridge in Painful Distraction we find some more subtle clues to the contrary in the ramps leading up onto the footpath and around the dangerous wooden surface.
Barley visible at the top of the ramp is the decaying no bicycles road marking, having been replaced with the non-compliant block sign of the foreground. Zooming in we can see the branding in the top left of this marking:
Complete with the council logo. Could some entity be using the councils insignia without their permission? Or is this the more likely situation of the council is fully aware of these paths and their design.
