Inclusive Signals

Amongst the visually busy city of Melbourne and its dense road signs the occasional surprise pops out, but you need to look rather closely.FlindersGreenZoom.jpg

Most people would see it at life size but here instead we need to zoom in on the pictures to see the fine detailing, which is repeated in the matching red signal.


Such a simple alternative to the standard crossing signals that doesn’t add any confusion or complexity while maintaining the clear information. How could anyone disagree with having these included in a representative (50:50) ratio in new installations?
